The Big Bottle Review

The Big Bottle Review

One thing that never ceases to amaze me is when people say they don’t drink enough water.

Eh? It’s not complicated – just drink the stuff!

One way of getting people to drink enough water and to understand how much they’ve had is to make sure they keep a big bottle with them all day and make sure it’s empty by the end of the day. Simple enough eh?

Of course, you need a big bottle to do that. As it goes, I may know of one…

I was recently sent a big bottle co bottle to use. As someone who is out of the house for a long time every day, it’s pretty useful to have a bog bottle with me. That way I don’t have to keep going back to the shop/water fountain to get more water – I just have it with me.

I opted for the jet black bottle, but there are a number of colours in the range, so find the one that suit’s you.

The big bottle is useful to have in the gym. Where I train it’s a converted warehouse, so there isn’t any air con. In the hot summer days and when my weight lifting coach is being particularly nasty on the programme, I sweat buckets – it all needs to be replaced, which means a lot of drinking,

It’s not uncommon for me to go through over a litre of water in a training session. Most water bottles are around 750ml, so they aren’t big enough and I’d have to go back to the water fountain. The Big Bottle is 2.2 litres, so that issue is avoided.

Another time I’ve found it useful is when I’m working at my desk.

I produce a lot of written content (blog posts, training programmes for personal training clients, my HIIT eBook) and that cant often see me sat at my desk for hours at a time. Having a bit bottle handy is great because it saves me heading downstairs too often, allowing me to get a lot more done.

There’s also the bonuses to come along with the bottle – it’s BPA free, it’s well-built, dishwasher safe and can be put in the freezer. It doesn’t leach and despite it’s size, is remarkably light. Overall, a really handy product!

The Big Bottle is available from the Big Bottle Co website. Prices range from £12.95-£15.95.
