I’ve noticed over the last few years much of the fitness blogging world is full of vanity.
There are lots of ‘look at me’ fitness blogs, where the bloggers share their pictures from their latest sponsored yoga holiday, but those offering actionable health and fitness advice to their readers are becoming a minority.
I want the Hoyles fitness blog to be a go-to fitness resource. You’ll see some of the workouts my personal training clients and I do. I share exercise tips, recipes and product recommendations.
All of the advice and tips shared here have been tried and tested. All of the reviews have been thorough and honest opinions have been given.
I want to share health and fitness tips that will benefit everyone, not just those who can see me in person.
I believe great health and fitness should be enjoyed by us all and this is my little contribution to helping make the world that little bit fitter.

About Hoyles Fitness Personal Training
Hoyles Fitness was officially born in January 2011. I started the company with the vision of changing the way Personal Training clients experience health and fitness. I wanted to use exercise and nutrition to change lives for the better.
An early interest in health and fitness progressed into an obsession with how simple approaches in exercise and nutrition can be used to improve lives immeasurably.
My academic choices shaped my career path. I gained my degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Wales Swansea in 2004 and embarked on a career in the fitness industry.
During this time I have expanded, taking on lots of clients with different needs and goals. I’ve written for magazines, appeared on BBC Radio and most importantly of all, helped my clients to achieve a healthier, better lives.
