Red Kooga Natural Energy Release

Red Kooga Natural Energy Release

I was recently given a packet of Red Kooga Natural Energy Release to review. I was intrigued to give it a go because it seemed to fill a gap in the supplement world I’ve identified. Read on…

Red Kooga Natural Energy Release

There’s a product in the supplement world I can’t stand. It’s a pre-workout. I just can’t get my head around so many synthetic stimulants in one go – it just doesn’t sit well with me. That, plus it usually tastes like utter crap.

Of course there’s coffee, but that’s not always convenient. You have to make your coffee and sometimes, you just don’t want a coffee,

But still, there’s always a time when we could do with a little boost.

I was offered a chance to review Red Kooga, a natural energy release product. I was interested because I wanted to see if there was a natural-ish product that would offer a little mental boost. Important to me was that it wasn’t loaded with caffeine, taurine, sugar etc.

The energy-boosting effects come from a mix of Ginseng, Guarana and B vitamins. I checked Examine to see what the science says about the effects of these compounds and it seems to stack up.

So does it work?

In a word, yes. I took them after a poor sleep when I needed a little perking up. They certainly helped me feel more awake. I’d say the effects lasted for around 90 minutes or so, which I liked. It’s not a product that will have you bouncing around the place all day, which is a good thing.

Would it be an effective pre-workout?

I don’t know, but then I don’t think it’s important either. My stance on pre-workouts remains the same. If you need a boost in order to get your workout done, you probably aren’t sufficiently recovered to train anyway.

So in conclusion, I found Red Kooga to be a good short-medium term mental stimulant. It certainly does have a waking effect and may be great before an exam, a busy day at work, a long drive etc. Certainly worth a try!

You can buy it from Amazon (see link) or Boots.
