I’ve wanted to offer an online fitness service for a long time, but for various reasons (lack of time/laziness/indecision etc) I haven’t gotten round to it.
That’s changed now though and having been inspired by my friend and fellow PT, John, I’ve taken the steps towards offering some of my fitness coaching philosophies online. I’ve called it the ABC Programme.

Each week you’ll perform 3-4 workouts of around 45 minutes each. Across the week the workouts will cover….
- Strength
- Power
- Muscle Building
- Cardio
- Recovery
It’s not a muscle building plan. It’s not a cardio plan. It’s not a fat loss plan. It’s not a strength plan.
It’s all of those!
My fitness philosophy is one of all-round fitness. I don’t see the point in being strong as an ox but unable to walk upstairs without having to stop for a breather.
Likewise, I don’t believe in being able to run a marathon in 2 hours but lack the strength to pick up your kids.
That’s why I write my programmes to make people genuinely fit, with an all-round ability to perform fitness tasks. I want people to be strong but still have a good level of cardio fitness. This programme will ensure you will be.
What’s Different About The ABC Programme?
This isn’t your standard online training, where personal trainers just throw up generic workouts for people.
I’ve spent a significant chunk of time uploading videos of exercises and complex that I use but aren’t in the admittedly extensive) exercise library. So far I’ve uploaded 30 custom exercises and will add a whole load more!
It makes the programming uniquely mine, where you’ll be performing exercise I use with my in person clients.
The workouts are thought through, balanced and I’ve written a notes page that goes with every single workout so there are guidelines to make sure you get the most from the workout.
Across a given week you’ll be lifting weights, swinging kettlebells, performing HIIT workouts, bodyweight exercises etc.
In the test cases, the feedback has been really positive, which is great!
The people who are used to a more ‘standard’ type of training (bench press – curls – pose in the mirror – flirt with staff member – check hair looks good – leave) will see their gym time change significantly!
This programme is written for results, so you’ll be working hard.
Current Status of the ABC Programme…
The first four weeks of the programme has been written. I’m currently in the midst of testing the software, making sure the sign up pages etc work. I’ve also got Chris, my web guy making sure the links and pages from my site to the programme work.
Once that process is done, the doors are open! There’s even a little gift in it for those who sign up…
