This is an Influential UK Fitness Blog – OFFICIALLY!
This is a very quick and indulgent blog post and it has very little to do with fitness, buuuut….
Last week I was added to the list of ‘The most influential UK health and fitness blogs’ – I’m proud because when this blog was started in 2012 it was purely a business builder, but it’s nice to be recognised as one of the top in UK!
Next stop, the world….
The fitness blog has evolved – it featured client stories, stories of my own fitness events, my workouts, products I like etc. It’s been a project I have really enjoyed and will continue to grow – there are further plans for the blog yet!
It’s changed my approach to things – I now have my laptop with me all over the place, making notes on new article ideas and even use coffee shops as offices when I’m out and about (in fact, like a true blogger I’m actually typing this in a coffee shop!)
Owning a fitness blog has afforded me a few great opportunities (I have been to Italy to visit Technogym) and have reviewed some great products. I’ve met a few really interesting people and made friends with people that I would never have had the opportunity to otherwise.
I keep blogging every week and when time allows I will add up to 5 posts per week. It’s the whole Rome wasn’t built in a day – with a new post being added every few days, my fitness blog now has over 300 articles full of helpful hints and tips to help you improve your health and fitness!
