When you first start a fitness journey the results can come at you fast and furious. This can act as a huge motivator, showing you that your efforts are paying off and encouraging you to keep pushing. While those gains are important and exciting, the fact is that they don’t usually continue at that pace. For many people, they will reach a plateau where results have slowed and stopped completely. It could be that you’re no longer losing weight, you’re not building more muscle mass and your tone may not be improving. So, what should you do? Here are five tips that will help you to break through a fitness plateau and get you back on the path to results again.
