Dietary Accountability
Over the years, I have encountered many people who want to lose weight. My first port of call when looking at weight management is addressing the client’s diet – it is well known in fitness circles that you can’t out-train a bad diet. Imagine your daily activity consumed a massive 10,000 calories – if you consumed 10,001, your efforts are rendered worthless! It stands to reason that controlling the nutritional aspect of a client’s lifestyle is the most important and successful way to help them lose weight. (more…)
