The MP45 Workout Program Review

The MP45 Workout Program

I was asked to do a review of the MP45 workout program. It’s a program I’ve heard about but it wasn’t one I’d had much exposure to.

MP45 Workout Program Review

The program itself is really in depth. For your money you receive the gym program which is progressive, varied and detailed in its explanation.

There is a diet element to the program as well, making sure you cover both your training and nutrition. As we’ve discussed plenty of times, you can’t have one without the other. If you are serious about improving your health, fitness and physique you can’t ignore nutrition.

The MP45 program contains the following…

  • Nutrition principles
  • Grocery list
  • Training principles
  • The 45 day plan
  • A ‘fit foods’ cookbook
  • Workout music
  • An FAQ’s

Thats a really solid collection of information for anyone who purchases the plan. There’s a significant amount of work that has gone into it.

I remember being shown a Kayla Itsines eBook program once and couldn’t believe how poor the quality was – a couple of hundred pages that could have been condensed into 20. It was just garbage and I couldn’t believe she was charging so much money for such poor information. The MP45 program is totally different in terms of effort, quantity and usability.

In this case it’s a combination of long (over 400 pages) eBook content across training, nutrition, cooking and lifestyle, not to mention a workout music section.

There’s a 45 day video library content section, containing videos for each one of the 45 days of the plan. You won’t have to guess any of the exercises or workout information – you can see it all in video format which is something beginners would find especially helpful.

MP45 Workout Program Review

In my opinion the MP45 is a program that will offer some fantastic structure and advice to anyone who is familiar with the gym but needs some guidance and planning in their workouts and nutrition.

If you are beyond the beginner stage and are looking to take your training and nutrition to the next level, look no further than the MP45 program.
