Your Handy Plan Plate

Your Handy Plan meals should contain a mixture of all of the macronutrients – protein, carbohydrate and fat.

Ideally most of the plate will be in the form of your protein source (meat, fish, eggs), followed by the carbohydrate source (vegetables, salad, sweet potato) and then the fat source (butter, dressing, high fat side).
