What is the ABC Programme?

The ABC stands for All Bases Covered.

It isn’t a muscle building plan, or a cardio plan or a strength plan –

It’s all of those! 

It’s a workout programme designed to improve the all round fitness of those who follow it.

You’ll swing kettlebells, apply weight lifting technique, use bodybuilding principles, perform HIIT sessions and use bodyweight exercises.
